1. The service

Meshwar Jobs is a platform where job seekers build profiles and ATS-compliant CVs and apply to jobs, companies post jobs and review applicants, and individuals or companies offer freelance services. By creating an account you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One person or company per account. You must be legally old enough to work in your jurisdiction to register.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: post false, misleading, discriminatory, or illegal job offers or services; post fee-charging "job offers", pyramid schemes, or scams; harvest or misuse other users' personal data — applicant data may be used only for the recruitment process concerned; impersonate others; upload malicious content; or attempt to breach the security of the platform.

4. Content and moderation

You keep ownership of the content you post but grant us the right to display it on the platform. Any user can report a posting. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others, with or without notice.

5. Applications and hiring

Meshwar Jobs is an intermediary. We are not a party to any employment or freelance contract, do not guarantee that any application leads to a job, and are not responsible for the conduct of companies, seekers, or freelancers. The automated skills match score is an indicative aid only and never an automated hiring decision.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of opportunity, or content posted by users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Account & privacy page, which permanently erases your data. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
